Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and any outstanding fees become immediately due. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province.
